"I was unaware that PUREATECH was out of business, and was contacted by a person who said that it was time for me to order my yearly supply of filters and UV bulb. I placed the order and was sent the filters, but not the bulb. When I inspected the filters, I noticed the spelling for PUREATECH was PUREATEK. Additionally, I noticed that when I put the carbon filter into my unit that the carbon was falling out of the filter. After calling Filters for Life and finding out that these filters are not the original filters made for my system and since Filters for Life sold the original filters, I thought writing this letter was important to notify others that this was going on. Fool me once is PUREATEK'S fault, fool me twice would be my fault. I find that the correct PUREATECH system filters work great and I can breathe easier. Thanks Filters for Life for straightening this out for me."
